“The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character – that is the goal of true education.”  -Martin Luther King Jr.

Learning Solutions private tutoring sessions aim to create an environment that promotes critical thinking and educational excellence in students. Our individual tutoring sessions provide students with a great opportunity to use their skills in a safe one-on-one environment. Students are encouraged to ask questions and voice their academic struggles to ensure they get the help they need. Each session will be spent working on current homework, reviewing material, reteaching misunderstood concepts, and preparing for upcoming tests or quizzes.  LSC ask for your child's Canvas ID and password in order to access the teachers website, which will provide the LSC tutor with the current class material so that the tutor can prepare and create effective lessons for the session.

In addition to addressing your child’s specific educational needs, our private tutoring sessions are designed to equip our clients with the confidence and skills they need to succeed in school and life. Students often spend their academic career stressing over one or more subjects they find difficult. This stress can lead to anxiety and low self-esteem which can hinder their academic success and advancement. Our goal at Learning Solutions Center is to meet your child where they are academically.  We will provide them with the tools to help them become a confident and successful student along their academic journey.

Because we recognize that not all students learn in the same way or at the same pace, our tutors seek to individualize each tutoring session while implementing the necessary curriculum requirements. We believe that if a child feels empowered and equipped, they will succeed as long as they are willing to put in the hard work it takes to accomplish their academic endeavors. We look forward to working with your child to help them become the best student and person they can be.
